Ok, that may not sound very appealing, but if you want to prevent pregnancy then these will work for you. If you want protection from STD’s then you should stick with a more modern miracle of safe sex such as a latex condom.

Sheepskin condoms can be fun for a monogamous couple who wants to avoid pregnancy, but not for the single guy or girl looking to hook up for the night. They can also be good for a partner who has an allergic reaction to latex or other synthetic condom materials. They are about two or three times the cost of latex condoms, which is another factor to take into consideration.

You can use oil or water based lubricants with sheepskin condoms. You may want to give them a go with your partner for the thrill of using this type of condom once and while. You can also experience a slightly different sensation than with your standard latex condoms. Just remember that these will not protect against STD’s or HIV and should be used only in a sexually monogamous relationship.
