If you were not using another form of birth control then you can opt of the morning after pill. This pill can be taken up to 72 hours after a condom breaks to prevent pregnancy from occurring. These are available by prescription and in some pharmacies they may now be available over the counter.

This may depend on your state or city. You can always go to a Planned Parenthood Clinic to obtain the morning after pill as well. The most important thing is to remain calm and to take the steps you need to prevent pregnancy and check for STD’s.
