Exercises for Better Cunnilingus

To be able to perform cunnilingus for long periods of time there are a few exercises that you can perform. These exercises will help you make your tongue muscles stronger. The longer you can perform cunnilingus the happier your lady friend will be and the more likely it will be that she will be able to reach climax. Many women cannot reach climax by penetration along but can through cunnilingus. The better you are at cunnilingus, by lasting longer at it, the happier she will be and in turn the happier you will be with the reciprocation you will receive.

Here are a few exercises that you can perform in making your tongue muscles stronger:

* Exercise #1 - Stick your tongue out of your mouth as far as you can trying to touch the tip of your nose. When it is stuck out as far as possible hold your tongue still stuck out but move the tongue around.. Practice this exercise in sets and move your tongue counterclockwise, clockwise, and up and down.

* Exercise #2 - Loosen your jaw and point your tongue and at the same time try to keep it in constant contact with both the top and bottom of your mouth. When you are in that position you can practice moving your tongue inside and out of your mouth. For an advanced form of this exercise keep your mouth closed and then begin to circle your tongue around the inside of your mouth keeping the same position. You can also try to make a lifesaver dissolve in your mouth that is held in your teeth from the inside of the lifesaver out.

* Exercise #3 - Keeping your tongue relaxed and flat stick your tongue straight out. Holding this position slowly practice curling the tip of your tongue up, down, and side to side. Practice this exercise in 5 sets of 10, trying to hold each move for at least 2 seconds.

* Exercise 4 - Keeping your tongue relaxed, open your mouth.  Then move your tongue in and out of your mouth moving it forward, as well as in both directions in a side-to-side movement. Practice this exercise in sets of 20.

After trying some of these exercises for a while your tongue muscles will become stronger and you will be able to perform cunnilingus for longer periods of time without your tongue becoming sore.
